    Larry Andrus

     

    Larry R. Andrus - CEO  

     

    Larry first became involved with Trivalent Group as an outside investor in Trivalent LAN Concepts, eventually evolving into the company's majority shareholder and assuming the position of CEO for the present-day Trivalent Group. In this role, Larry is responsible for the overall performance, marketing, vision, and business planning for the company. Previously, Larry served as Vice President of the Central Region for AT&T Capital.  Earlier in his career, he became one of the youngest branch managers in the United States for Burroughs Corporation. Larry brings an excellent blend of sales, marketing, and financial expertise to his position, helping him to focus the company's collective vision on the right targets.

    Paul McNamara 
    Paul L. McNamara - CFO 
     
    Paul became involved with Trivalent LAN Concepts early in the new Millennia. Shortly thereafter, he became our Chief Financial Officer. Paul has been instrumental in standardizing the operational procedures and financial management for the merged entities. Prior to joining Trivalent, Paul had been the CFO of a large construction company for over 13 years. He also practiced public accounting for 10 years as a CPA. This financial and business experience enables Paul to provide the financial guidance required for our growing company.

    Mike Noordyke 
    Michael J. Noordyke - President, Systems Division 
     
    Mike spent 29 years building Remex Corporation into one of West Michigan’s leading Network System Integrators. From 1999 to 2003, he served as President of Remex. In 2003, he was instrumental in the merger of Trivalent and Remex into Trivalent Group. With his substantial experience, Mike knows how to assist clients with finding the best ways to leverage technologies to maximize their business objectives. For many years, Mike has enjoyed outstanding working relationships with many clients and partners.

     John Hey 

    John W. Hey, CBCP - Chief Services Officer

    John was the first employee hired in the history of Trivalent LAN Concepts, joining the company as a network engineer. He steadily progressed in the ensuing years, and today provides day-to-day management of our technical professionals, as well as developing and building the solutions that the company will deliver in the future. John's greatest assets are his strong determination and a deep desire to do things the right way.  John recently achieved his Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) credential.

     Dawn Simpson 

     

    Dawn M. Simpson, CBCP - Vice President, Market Development  

     

    Dawn has been part of the Professional Services Management Team since rejoining the company in 2004, recently moving over to head up the Marketing efforts. With over 25 years of progressive business experience, Dawn brings a wealth of knowledge from a variety of industries and disciplines. Dawn now manages the development of Trivalent Group's vast services, including product development, collateral, and our event planning teams.  In addition she consults with clients on both general business and IT alignment as well as Business Continuity Management.

    Jim Bruxvoort, Director of Cloud Services

    Jim has been in IT services for over 21 years. He was a part owner of an IT services company in Iowa for over 17 years before moving to Michigan.He has also been the Director of IT for Kent District Library and Tenon Limited in Grand Rapids.His experience has included managing large data networks, building and managing a number of data centers, application development, and leading teams of engineers. He has most recently led initiatives to virtualize servers and desktops as an intermediate step to a complete Cloud solution. Now Jim directs the Nebulosity Cloud Services team in addition our our Managed Networks Operation Center. Both teams are responsible for design and delivery of solutions built to ensure successful cloud computing experiences for Trivalent's clients.

    Jessica Forst, Director of Sales - Managed Networks

    With over 18 years of telecommunications and information technology experience, Jessica oversees the pre/post sales coordinators as well as the managed networks sales team across the Trivalent footprint. Jessica’s success has been built on the foundation of motivating those who work for her through positive leadership. She motivates and guides her clients by empowering them with information to make the right technology decisions to enhance their business.  She prides herself on taking the care and concern of technology out of the client’s mind-share so they can focus on their own business.  This approach has proven to be a win/win/win bringing partners, people and clients together to equal The Trivalent Group!

    Ken Zimmer - Director of Sales - Systems Solutions

    Ken Zimmer leads the Systems Sales team at Trivalent, managing client expectations for both our inside and outside focused client relationship managers.  Ken takes great care to delight clients and his enthusiasm is apparent both in and outside the company.  Along with the  day to day nurturing of his team, Ken balances a robust portfolio of his own clients and maintains a solid track record for sales performance achieving multiple Salesperson of the Month awards in addition to being named to the Four Million Dollar Club.

    Candace Dugan 
     
    Candace Dugan brings a wealth of business and non-profit experience to the Trivalent Board of Directors. Her accomplishments extend into a variety of industries including Healthcare, Legal, and Higher Education having served both as legal counsel and in Board of Director capacities. In addition to her community connections, Candace was the 2011 Lakeshore Athena Award winner for her outstanding influence in the business world.

    Board member Jack Robinson has a broad background with tier 1 vendors in the voice and data telecommunications industry.  The only current outside board member not residing in Michigan, Jack brings a unique, regional perspective to Trivalent Group. His experience and knowledge bring many benefits to the board - including an enterprise communications understanding that offers insightful direction.
