Larry R. Andrus - CEO
Larry first became involved with Trivalent
Group as an outside investor in Trivalent LAN Concepts, eventually evolving into
the company's majority shareholder and now assuming the position of CEO for the
present-day Trivalent Group. In this role, Larry takes leadership and responsibility
for the overall performance, marketing, vision and business planning for the company.
Previously, Larry served as vice president of the
central region for AT&T Capital, and brings an excellent blend of sales, marketing
and financial expertise to his position, helping him to focus the company's collective
vision on the right targets. Earlier in his career, he became one of the youngest branch managers in the United States for Burroughs Corporation in 1978.
Paul L. McNamara - CFO
Paul became involved with Trivalent LAN Concepts in
2001. In November, 2002, he became our Chief Financial Officer. Paul has been instrumental
in standardizing the operational procedures and financial management for the merged
entities. Prior to joining Trivalent, Paul had been the CFO for a large construction
company for over 13 years. He also has 10 years of public accounting experience
as a CPA. This financial and business experience enables Paul to provides the financial
guidance required for our growing company.
Michael J. Noordyke - President, Systems Division
Mike spent 29 years building Remex Corporation into
one of West Michigan’s leading Network System Integrators. Since 1999 he served
as the President of Remex. In 2003, he was instrumental in the merger of Trivalent
and Remex into the Trivalent Group. With his substantial experience, Mike knows
how to assist clients to find the best ways to leverage technologies to maximize
their business objectives. For many years, Mike has enjoyed outstanding working
relationships with many clients and partners.
John W. Hey - Senior Vice President, Professional Services
John was the first employee hired in the history of Trivalent LAN Concepts, joining
the company as a network engineer in 1992. He has steadily progressed in the ensuing years,
and today provides day-to-day management of our technical professionals, as well
as developing and building the solutions that the company will deliver in the future.
John's greatest assets are his strong determination and a deep desire to do things
the right way.
Dawn M. Simpson - Vice President, Recurring Services
Dawn has been part of the Professional Services Management Team since rejoining
the company in 2004. With over 20 years of progressive business experience, Dawn
brings a wealth of experience from a variety of industries and disciplines. Dawn
now manages the delivery of the Trivalent Group Recurring Services including Managed
Services, Data Center Client Services and our Co-Sourcing teams.
H. Ray Schmelzel - Senior Vice President, Communications Division
Ray was the founder of CSI, an AT&T, Lucent and
SBC Ameritech distributor, which he ultimately brought into the Remex Systems Group
organization that became part of The Trivalent Group in 2003. Ray manages the network/telecom
sales team, leading all agents selling the company's products and services nationwide.
Ray is also responsible for evaluating Trivalent's partner products, and reviews
all network design and system integration projects.
With 37 years of experience in telecommunications,
voice/data, network design and system integration, Ray also remembers fondly his
early years working summers as a line man for AT&T, a practical bit of experience
he says helps him to this day.
Richard J. Reiffer - CTO
Rich was one of the original founders
of Trivalent LAN Concepts in 1991, and today leads the company's efforts in the
areas of internal information systems, data center management, infrastructure management
and sales support of co-locations, WAN, Internet and other telecom-related products.
Rich is well informed on the latest technologies and the ways in which they impact
business.
Prior to his role in founding Trivalent, Rich was
a large systems field engineer for the Burroughs Corporation, as well as the regional
systems engineering manager for Businessland. He is very skilled at leveraging his
past experiences into seamless solutions for The Trivalent Group's clients.
Trivalent - Illinois
Gary L. Pollard - President
Gary joined Trivalent Group in 2002 and was appointed as President of
Trivalent - Illinois in 2006. In this role, he oversees the overall performance and
growth for the Illinois operations. His corporate experiences have provided him
with an excellent insight into the structure of transactions and solutions to benefit
our clients.Previously, Gary spent several years in technology lending which included tenure
as a Vice President for Pacific Corp. Capital. Earlier in his career he was a banking
specialist for Burroughs Corporation.
Eric W. Fisher - Vice President & CTO
Eric founded Peoria-based A5.com in
2001 and led its migration into the Trivalent organization in 2003. Prior
to establishing A5, Eric managed downstate Illinois operations of Internet Commerce
& Communications/RMI.NET of Denver, Colorado. Today, Eric provides executive
leadership and significant involvement in day-to-day operations for A5, which provides
Internet Service in various forms to both residential and business customers unders
the Trivalent banner. Eric has significant experience in providing IT service
to business customers, including design/build and support work for business networks
- and his career has been characterized by business growth, innovation and technical
leadership.
E. Lee Hofmann - Chairman
Lee Hofmann has a history of achieving success by turning apparent problems into
opportunities. In the early 1980's Lee founded International Supply Company
- the first manufacturer of UL-classified
enclosures. International
Supply Co. has become the nation’s premier enclosure manufacturer, also developing
UL-approved fuel tanks and diesel generator sets and switchboards.
In the late 1990s, with the company’s location making
it difficult to secure Internet access, Lee again turned a problem into an opportunity
by establishing Hofcom Technologies – which provided Internet service not only to
International Supply Co., but to the communities north of Peoria. This experience
has led to his investments in Digital Stores, Trivalent - Illinois, and Trivalent
Group.
